How much time should I book?
Always consider extra time if you have young children or more than 3 people in your session. This is just to ensure we have the maximum time to get the best photos. And it alleviates stress for the participants!
When do we receive our photos?
You can expect your photos within 2 weeks of your session date. If you choose to order prints, you will receive them within 7 days of placing your order.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Due to the weather, I usually make the call that we need to reschedule. Rescheduling is always the first option. If for some reason you can't reschedule within 2 months, the deposit is not refundable however the remaining balance is refundable depending on the circumstances. If you decide to cancel for any other reason, all payments made are forfeited to the photographer for time.
After paying the deposit, when is my remaining balance due?
Your remaining balance is due within 7 days of your scheduled session.
